About Company / OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated, team oriented Client Services Associate for our Greenville, SC office. Our unique boutique approach allows us to utilize multiple Advisors whose specialized areas of concentration aim for a thorough and complete financial plan. We consider every client unique, so our approach is tailored to each situation we encounter. You can take your business to any financial firm for advice, but the advice is only as good as the knowledge and expertise of the team serving you.
Our team is comprised of people who are energetic, creative, tenacious, and willing to invest themselves in your future. They are intuitive to client needs and approach every client, goal, and transaction with the knowledge that each investor has his or her own set of unique circumstances and vision for the future.
- Coordinate with our clients, advisors, and custodians to set up new accounts, transfer assets, process money movements.
- Coordinate with clients and advisors to schedule meetings using email, Salesforce and calendar software.
- Prepare for client meetings by updating agendas in Word or Excel and running reports in our portfolio management software.
- Proactively support advisors by anticipating client needs and enabling advisors to maximize their time.
- Complete requests from advisors and clients within 24-48hrs, ensuring accuracy, and effectively keeping everyone in the loop throughout the process.
- Operate in a team-based environment where teammates help each other in times of heavy workload and are all working toward meeting the needs of the client.
- 2+ years of experience in a client service role in the financial services industry
- Robust PC knowledge, typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and requests from advisors and clients
- 2+ years of experience in the Wealth Management industry
- A “no job is beneath me” attitude and a belief that working together as a team is the best way to serve clients.
