Adecco is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Greenville, SC
Hybrid: M/F remote, T/W/Th in office 8AM to 5PM, temp-to-hire
This role partners with cross‑functional teams such as Customer Service, Sales, and IT to streamline the invoice‑to‑cash process, benefiting both customers and internal stakeholders. The Analyst serves as a key problem‑solver and “go‑to” resource, using data analysis to understand issues, recommend next steps, and drive process improvements. The role works independently while aligning with departmental and corporate objectives, building strong internal and customer relationships along the way.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and analyze strategic or at-risk accounts to prioritize receivables and achieve collection objectives
- Identify trends, root causes, and ongoing issues through detailed account analysis and develop solution plans
- Lead or participate in cross‑functional meetings to resolve problems, improve processes, and provide training
- Coordinate with internal A/R resources and third‑party partners to deliver results
- Handle complex accounts, including EDI transactions, international and multi‑currency accounts, and outsourced collections
- Respond to customer inquiries related to billing discrepancies and payment disputes
- Act as a subject matter expert supporting A/R systems, process improvements, and IT initiatives Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a transaction‑based accounting function within a large organization
- 2–4 years of commercial credit and collections experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office and large‑scale accounting or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with EDI, electronic payments, and e‑commerce tools preferred

$32.00 per hour
