As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a motivated Loan Officer with 2–5 years of lending experience in any industry of financial services who’s eager to grow their expertise in the construction lending space.

• Support borrowers, builders, and real estate partners throughout the full construction loan process—from initial inquiry through closing.
• Review and evaluate loan applications, project budgets, credit files, and construction plans under established guidelines.
• Maintain an active pipeline while managing deadlines, documentation, and communication with all involved parties.
• Partner closely with underwriting and credit teams to ensure timely decision‑making and smooth workflow.
• Serve as a go‑to resource for customers, answering questions about draw schedules, inspections, timelines, and loan structure.
• Build and strengthen relationships that support ongoing referral business.

• 2–5 years of experience in lending. Open to any industry of lending, but mortgage lending, construction lending, commercial lending, or a related field is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of credit review, income analysis, loan disclosures, and/or construction project terminology.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
• A proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can manage multiple deals at once and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn the intricacies of construction lending.
