Job Summary:
The M&A Associate Advisor serves as a key financial and transactional partner within the firm, responsible for supporting all aspects of deal execution from initial analysis through closing. This role leads financial modeling, manages data rooms and document flow, and ensures the accuracy, organization, and integrity of transaction‑related information to support informed client decisions.
Working closely with the Managing Partner, the M&A Associate Advisor participates in client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions, while also identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through process improvements and emerging technologies. The position plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, high‑quality client experience and driving successful transaction outcomes.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Serve as right‑hand resource to Managing Partner
- Produce accurate financial models
- Produce CIMs (Confidential Information Memo)
- Manage document and data rooms
- Streamline workflows
- Leverage AI + emerging tools to drive smarter, more efficient deal execution
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 2+ years of Audit or Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) experience at regional or national accounting firm
- Financial modeling experience
- Technical accounting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and conscientious
- Professional demeanor, appearance, personality and polished presentation
