We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director, Financial Operations to serve as a key financial leader and business partner to regional operations leadership. This role bridges field operations and corporate finance, ensuring financial strategy translates into operational execution across assigned regions. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, this exempt leadership role holds full financial accountability for regional performance, including revenue, contribution margin, labor productivity, contract economics, and hospital profitability.

What You Will Do:As the financial voice within regional leadership, you will:
Co-develop, review, and approve regional financial targets and operating plans with Operations leadership
Drive corrective action plans for underperforming regions and enable margin accountability
Lead financial modeling for hospital contract negotiations in partnership with pricing and operations teams
Identify structural cost improvement and margin expansion opportunities
Evaluate regional investment decisions and provide financial approval for major initiatives
Validate staffing models to ensure labor productivity targets are achieved
Develop KPIs, variance reporting, and hospital-level financial plans aligned with contractual obligations
Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QORs) and participate in executive business reviews (EBRs) with hospital partners
Collaborate with Corporate FP&A to ensure forecasts align with corporate-level targets
Provide financial support for service line growth and potential M&A activity
What You Will Bring:Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
7–10 years of mid-to-senior level FP&A or Financial Operations experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to prepare financial reports, projections, and data-driven insights
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
High integrity, sound judgment, and collaborative leadership style
Preferred Qualifications:Master’s Degree or CPA
10+ years of high-level healthcare analytics experience
Healthcare services or hospital-based FP&A experience
Workday Adaptive Planning experience
