We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Permanent Audit Senior to join our dynamic Accounting + Finance team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your in-depth understanding of GAAP and bank reconciliation to ensure the financial health of our organization. With a strong emphasis on accuracy, integrity, and innovation, you will play a pivotal role in our financial operations.

• Leading and managing financial audits and ensuring compliance with GAAP.
• Performing bank reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies swiftly and accurately.
• Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of financial statements and records.
• Collaborating with external auditors and providing necessary documentation.
• Identifying potential areas of financial risk and proposing effective mitigating strategies.
• Providing insightful recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial auditing.
• Training and mentoring junior auditors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial auditing, with a strong focus on GAAP and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing audit teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• High levels of integrity and professional ethics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
