Shriners Children's Greenville is seeking a full-time Rehabilitation Aide to join our Rehab department.

The Rehab Aide ensures that the department is maintained with a clean and sanitary working environment, with supplies organized, available, and accessible. Inventory is accomplished through the assessment and ordering of necessary supplies.

The Rehab Aide is responsible for assisting the therapists in patient treatment programs, specifically therapeutic equipment set up and fitting, including discretion of and under supervision of the therapist.

Other responsibilities may include patient transport and assisting the Rehab Services Coordinator with other department functions. In addition, the Rehab Aide orients rehabilitation gym volunteers.

Required:

High School Diploma/GED

Basic Life Support (BLS) required within three months of hire

Preferred:

1 year of experience in Rehab/Therapy settings
