The Buddy Center is seeking a dedicated, client-centered Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in the Upstate, South Carolina area.
Currently, services are delivered in-home, in schools, and in community settings, allowing BCBAs to provide meaningful, real-world clinical oversight. In April, The Buddy Center will open its brick and mortar location, expanding services to include center-based ABA therapy.

BCBA
to join our founding team in Greenville, South Carolina.

With deep roots in clinical and operational excellence, you’ll have the stability and support you need to thrive.

What You’ll Do- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise, train and collaborate with RBTs to ensure compassionate, effective implementation
- Partner closely with families through our Caregiver Collaborative program
- Ensure clinical integrity and be part of a team that’s redefining quality standards in ABA
- BCBA certification and a passion for client-centered care
- Strong communication and collaborative mindset
- Interest in shaping a new practice with long-term vision
- Those with experience working with 8 year olds and up
- Experience working with challenging cases
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools, including Practice Management Systems (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, or similar platforms)
- Minimum of 2 years post-certification experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, not required
Pay: $80,000.00 - $ per year
Enhanced Pay OpportunityEnhanced pay is available for BCBA’s who are willing and qualified to work with higher-intensity cases. These clients may require more hands-on support, advanced behavior intervention strategies, and consistent structure. Additional compensation reflects the skill, experience, patience, and professionalism required for this level of care.
