I have a Histotech Supervisor position in South Carolina with your name all over it!
JOB SUMMARY:
Directly supervises and coordinates the activities of the histology team including performing routine duties of histology (embedding, microtome, specials stains and related tasks)
EDUCATION & LICENSURE:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred.
- Maintains appropriate continuing education for certification/licensure.
- ASCP Certification in Histology is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS :
- More than one year supervisory experience.
- More than 5 years of Histology experience.
