Physical Therapist – Acute Care (Hospital-Based)

Full-Time | $7,500 Sign-On Bonus | Loan Forgiveness + Relocation Support

We’re working with a well-regarded, not-for-profit health system that’s hiring a full-time PT to join their Acute Care team. Whether you’re experienced in acute care or eager to make the transition, this role offers clinical variety, strong onboarding, and a collaborative rehab environment that prioritizes quality outcomes over quotas.

• Rotate through ICU, ortho, neuro, trauma, post-surgical, and joint replacement units
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams on medically complex patient cases
• Opportunities to cross-train across hospital departments and expand your scope

• Treat around 10 patients per day with generous, 1:1 care windows
• Focus on outcomes, not volume—no rigid productivity targets
• Flexibility to adapt sessions based on patient progress and acuity

• Multiple full-time shift options available
• Minimal weekend responsibility
• Weekend PRN shifts available at premium pay, if interested

• Supportive training plan for new grads or therapists moving into acute
