Job DescriptionThe Regional Support Leader (RSL) is responsible for supporting a designated group of offices in an effort to advance the strategic direction established by the Practice leadership teams. The RSL is responsible for mentoring front line leaders to achieve financial, operational, compliance, and patient experience and care goals. The RSL is responsible for creating an environment of clear accountability for front line leaders and takes ownership for the success of organizational goals, key performance indicators, high employee engagement, and positive patient experience.
- Manages & supports the front‑line leaders in the day‑to‑day operations of the centers and ensures established best practices are followed within the administrative and clinical teams at each medical center.
- Mentors and trains new and existing Practice leadership to ensure consistency of clinical services and workflows at the centers. This position provides essential leadership for the communication, implementation, measurement, and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
- Works closely with front line leaders and staff to continuously improve the safety, effectiveness, efficiency, quality of clinical care, and administrative aspects of the practice; supports mission, vision, and values and encourages team members to maintain a patient‑centered environment.
- Answers operational questions and resolves issues coming from the medical center team. Escalates issues and assists in the development of new operating procedures and policies when necessary.
- Assists with the training of new team members, providers, or new centers, as well as the ongoing training, when necessary.
- Creates and analyzes reports to present to the FSP leadership team. Establishes and maintains cadence of communication and meetings.
- Continual optimization and analysis of medical clinic performance, evaluates areas for improvement, makes corrections and provides feedback because of those changes.
- Provides direction and guidance to front line leaders in the day‑to‑day management of business operations needed to achieve performance targets.
- Identifies, escalates, and resolves problems in operations processes in a time‑efficient manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree required, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role with 1–3 years in a leadership role for a multi‑site operational business model
- Experience exhibiting a commitment and development of skills to manage and grow business within a specified territory
- Ability to exhibit, abide, and cultivate mission, vision, and core values
- Demonstrated business acumen, operational management, and patient experience insight to support patients and team members
- Consistent travel, including some overnight travel, is expected to ensure each office is supported on a daily/weekly basis.
