Medical Assistant Supervisor

What your day will look like:

• Supervise and support clinical staff including MA’s and other healthcare staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, & regulatory requirements
• Oversee scheduling, training, performance evaluations of clinical staff.
• Collaborate with providers and administrative leadership to optimize patient flow and clinical efficiency

Type: Direct

To be a champion in this role, you will need:,

• Prior experience in a clinical management, supervisory, or team lead role
• CMA certification or LPN license in state of SC
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in EMR systems
