Shriners Children’s Greenville invites you to consider joining our Environment Services Team. We have an opportunity for a PRN (as needed) Environmental Services Tech to join our team.
The hours for this position will be 1130AM-8PM on Mondays and Tuesdays, and other times as needed. We have an amazing group of employees who keep our hospital sparkling at all times. Shriners Children’s Greenville offers a colorful, upbeat and fun work environment, and we have a place for you here.
- Provides housekeeping/cleaning/courier service to all patient care, treatment, and diagnostic areas.
- Collecting and disposing of Bio-Waste properly.
- Basic room cleaning, including dusting and trash removal
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Terminal cleaning OR area
- Assisting with patients, patient family members, and staff as needed
- Other duties as assigned

- High School diploma or GED and 1 year of janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Must be able to perform tasks which require bending, stooping, kneeling, stretching, standing and walking
