Junior Technical Recruiter

Perceptive Recruiting is hiring a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Greenville, SC. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for a degreed candidate who wants to build a long-term career in talent acquisition within the IT industry.

You will be trained to recruit technical professionals for companies in the Southeast. This role combines relationship-building, direct phone outreach, candidate sourcing, and consultative recruiting. If you are competitive, outgoing, and not afraid to pick up the phone, this is a long-term career path with real earning potential.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or related field)
• Internship or campus leadership experience preferred
• Outgoing personality with no call reluctance
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Strong written communication skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities

• Source and identify technical candidates using Linked In, job boards, and direct outreach
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates’ experience and career goals
• Manage candidate pipelines and track activity in our recruiting system (ATS)
• Build relationships with IT professionals through phone interviews, local networking events, and strategic outreach
• Learn how to negotiate offers and close placements
