As a Classified Cyber Security Associate Manager, you will act as the Information Systems Security Manger (ISSM) and provide Management oversight to the Classified Cyber Security Team
supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs to ensure classified information systems meet cyber security requirements and government directives. Lead daily activities to include providing hands on technical assistance for complex systems/networks, cyber technology development/implementation, assessing threats/vulnerabilities, and writing and supporting customer needs (meetings, calls, emails, demonstrations, etc.). A successful candidate will work effectively throughout the Lockheed Martin organization. Additional duties include:
Participate in planning and
implementation of current and future security domains including those which may introduce new service areas (e.g. Cloud Computing, Dev Sec Ops ). Oversee system documentation for information system authorization, security management, and continuous monitoring of both networked and standalone classified systems. Oversee and perform system auditing, vulnerability risk assessments, Assured File Transfers, hardware/software configuration management, data integrity containments and investigations on IA related security violations/incidents.

Proactive identification and resolution of security obstacles/issues affecting architectures and deployments. Provide mentoring and/or guidance to less senior technical professionals What's In It For You:

Basic Qualifications:

- DoD 8140 IAM Level III certification
- Experience as ISSO/ISSM - Experience interfacing with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, demanding environment
- Ability to author, and review System Security Plans (SSP) for correctness, and maintain Authorizations to Operate (ATO)
- Experience leveraging security tools such as Splunk, Nessus, McAfee, Ivanti, ACAS, etc.
- Ability to perform technical certifications for Operating Systems (e.g., Windows Desktops, Windows Servers, etc.) being presented to the Government for authorization
- Knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with information system security
