Healthcare Technology Implementation Specialist role open with industry-leading healthcare organization that's actively growing. This is a newly created role to support the launch of a new telehealth platform.
In this position, you will work directly with hospital stakeholders to guide onboarding by defining customer needs, configuring the platform, and ensuring a successful implementation. This position is a mix of technical healthcare consulting, project management, systems implementation and ultimately support after go-live. It requires someone who can coordinate with hospital IT teams, understand network environments, and help standardize the implementation process as the platform scales.
This position is fully remote but requires up to 20% travel within the United States to support hospital deployments and go-live activities. Requirements:
- Experience implementing healthcare technology (hardware), telehealth platforms, or clinical hardware systems
- Background working with hospital IT teams or healthcare technology environments (understanding PACS systems)
- Understanding of networking concepts such as VPN access, connectivity requirements, and secure environments
- Strong client-facing communication and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple hospital implementations simultaneously
- Comfortable leading training sessions and supporting user adoption
- Strong documentation experience
