• Lead the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for enterprise clients, managing scope definition, configuration, integration, training, and seamless transition to ongoing support.
• Design and execute tailored onboarding and project plans aligned to client objectives, timelines, and internal resource capabilities.
• Develop, implement, and champion a standardized, enterprise-wide project management framework—including governance, tools, templates, reporting, and risk/issue management best practices.
• Establish and run project governance cadences, maintaining charters, stakeholder registers, milestone dashboards, quality checkpoints, and centralized issue and risk logs.
• Monitor project progress closely, identify risks early, maintain escalation dashboards, and lead mitigation strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders, facilitating alignment, communication, and coordination meetings to drive unified execution of client onboarding and enterprise initiatives.
• Continuously gather and analyze feedback and performance metrics (e.g., time to onboard, quality, satisfaction) to drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and enhanced client experiences.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
• PMP, Scrum or Agile certifications preferred
• Minimum of two years Project Management in technology or financial industry required
• Financial industry experience preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite including strong excel
• Project Management software experience (Atlassian, Jira tools)
