ETL Team Lead – Insurance Industry Duration: 12 Months Contract Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced ETL Lead to manage and support enterprise data integration processes within the insurance domain. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily ETL workflows, ensuring reliable data processing, and maintaining service-level commitments for critical reporting systems.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming legacy data integration solutions into a modern cloud-oriented architecture. The position requires close collaboration with application support teams, enterprise architects, and business subject matter experts to enhance the reliability and scalability of enterprise data pipelines.

• Supervise and support daily ETL operations including job monitoring, issue resolution, and maintaining production data workflows.
• Ensure data processing activities meet defined SLAs and performance standards.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and conduct root cause analysis for data pipeline failures or performance issues.
• Contribute to the migration and modernization of legacy ETL processes to cloud-based data platforms.
• Work closely with architecture teams, AMS teams, and business stakeholders to support enterprise reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and provide leadership to both onshore and offshore ETL resources.

• Strong experience with SQL Server, SSIS, T-SQL, and PL/SQL
• Hands‑on knowledge of Guidewire Data Hub and Guidewire Info Center
• Expertise in ETL workflow monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Experience supporting data modernization initiatives using Azure or modern cloud data platforms
• Proven ability to lead distributed ETL teams across onshore and offshore environments
