JOB SUMMARY
The Field Engineer 4 is responsible for providing on‑site PC hardware break/fix support at various customer locations. This role requires reliable transportation, adherence to company policies, and completion of required product training to ensure high‑quality technical service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to PC hardware break/fix service calls at assigned locations.
- Diagnose and repair Dell desktop PCs and related hardware.
- Install, configure, and support desktop systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Complete required product training to stay current with technical updates.
- Proven expertise in Dell Desktop PC installation and support.
- A+ Certification.
- Reliable transportation for travel to service locations.
- Ability to pass drug and background screening.
- Prior field service experience in PC hardware support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- A+ Certification required.
