Technical & Sales Assistant - SpotWeld Products

Overview

This role combines warehouse operations, technical support, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers, with the opportunity to grow into a more advanced technical support role.

Warehouse & Technical Kit Preparation:

• Assist with kit preparation, packing, shipping, and logistics coordination.
• Perform basic product testing and verification prior to shipment.
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock tracking.

Customer Coordination & Database Support:

• Maintain a clear “line of sight” into the system and customer database.
• Schedule demonstrations, meetings, and product discussions.
• Support sales and technical teams with accurate documentation and communication.

Growth Path – Spot Weld (software) Technical Support (Advanced Responsibilities):

As experience and product knowledge increase, responsibilities may expand to include:

• Spot Weld software support and troubleshooting.
• Assisting with training sessions.
• Supporting field or virtual customer engagements.

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort working within CRM/database systems.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop/warehouse setting.

• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Comfortable speaking with customers.
• Eager to learn technical products deeply.
• Self-starter with strong follow-through.
• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Willing to travel.
