POSITION SUMMARY: Monitor Computer Science lab and assist students and faculty with any needs that arise.
* Bob Jones University students only*
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Monitor the labs for cleanliness and orderliness and promote a general atmosphere conducive to learning and study
- Answer questions from students and faculty
- Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, and software issues
- Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University
- Must have completed CPS 110 with at least a B-
- Good troubleshooting ability
