Desktop Support Technician

Onsite IT Support Technician (Long Term Contract)

• Provide sole onsite IT support to end users, including leadership, in a manufacturing and office environment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Deploy and maintain PCs, printers, and conference room A/V equipment
• Manage tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLAs
• Support IT projects and maintain equipment inventory

• 4-5 years of IT support experience (desktop, hardware, or network)
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills in an enterprise level environment
• Experience with Windows environments and basic networking
• Ticketing system and asset management experience

100% Onsite, Mon–Fri Schedule | Greenville, SC area

On‑Call as needed

Must be within 30 - 35 minutes from site for on‑call purposes

Manufacturing environment – steel‑toed boots and PPE required

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
