You'll be the technical heartbeat of our Snowflake data platform. This isn't a "keep the lights on" role. This is a lead role — where your decisions shape architecture, your expertise drives cost optimization, and your leadership sets the standard for the entire data team.

• Architect and manage our enterprise Snowflake environment end-to-end
• Lead performance tuning, cost optimization, and capacity planning
• Design and implement rock-solid security frameworks using RBAC and secure data sharing
• Partner with engineers, architects, and business analysts to solve real problems
• Automate everything you can — Python, SQL, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Terra Grunt)
• Be the go-to expert on Snowflake features:
  CortexAI, Streamlit, Cloning, Data Sharing, and more
• Provide 24×7 on-call operational support — because uptime matters

• 5+ years of Snowflake Platform Administration in an enterprise environment
• 2+ years of Dev Ops experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Terra Grunt, Atlantis)
• Deep expertise in RBAC, resource monitors, and cost optimization
• Proficiency in Python
  , SQL, and ETL/Scheduler tools
• Hands-on experience in AWS cloud environments
• A mindset that's bold, decisive, and always pushing toward better

• Experience with Kafka-based data pipelines and Kafka infrastructure
• Familiarity with Kafka Connect and Kafka Streams
