Our client, a global leader in energy technology and industrial engineering solutions, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be part of the Data & Analytics organization supporting Engineering, Operations, Program Management, and Business Strategy teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Data Scientist | Python, SQL, Machine Learning & Forecasting

Location: Greenville, SC

Pay Range: $52.61/hour

• Develop machine learning, forecasting, and predictive analytics solutions that support business and operational decision-making.
• Build scenario-planning and  what-if  models to evaluate resource capacity, project execution, costs, and business forecasts.
• Analyze and integrate data from multiple enterprise platforms, including ERP, CRM, business intelligence, financial, and project management systems.
• Collaborate with business leaders, engineers, and data teams to translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Create executive reporting, dashboards, and AI-powered analytical tools that provide actionable insights and improve operational performance.

• Strong experience using Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning (Pandas, Num Py, Scikit-Learn, Sci Py).
• Advanced SQL skills with experience querying, transforming, and analyzing large enterprise datasets.
• Experience developing predictive models, forecasting solutions, and data-driven business insights.
• Background working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Databricks, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms.
• Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
