Data Engineering Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to support a large banking client in Greenville, SC. This individual will lead a team of Data Engineers and Platform Engineers responsible for building and supporting enterprise data solutions. The Data Engineering Manager will oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable data solutions while providing leadership and technical direction to the engineering team.

This role will play a key part in the organization's migration to Snowflake, including implementation of Data Vault 2.0 methodologies, data modeling standards, and modern data engineering practices.

• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Strong SQL development experience
• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience with Data Vault 2.0 architecture
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data solutions
• Experience working in cloud-based data environments
• Coalesce (similar tooling experience)
• Financial services or banking experience
