The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician for its corporate office in Greenville, SC. The role supports IT-related customer support to 100+ sites via help desk, email, and phone. Pay is $20–$22/hour with a focus on prompt issue resolution and proactive service.
Ideal candidates bring at least one year of multi-site help desk experience, familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, iOS issues, and NVR, plus solid ticketing and remote support skills.
