Provide technical configuration and office support for the Master Plant™ technology in conjunction with the office Project Automation Manager. Contribute to, promote, and ensure effective knowledge sharing behaviors in the use of Fluors knowledge management portals and communities. Provide direction and guidance for Project Automation Specialists providing configuration and office support for the Master Plant™ technology. Work with the BIM (Building Information Modeling) team to analyze any technical engineering implementation or configuration issues for the Master Plant™ technology.

Perform all Project Automation Specialist related functions related to the technology(s) supported. Ensure technical data integrity and backup processes and technologies are implemented per best practices. Provide client or project presentations as requested. Provide end user office support, project setup and configuration or special project modifications required for the automation technology utilized. Assist Information Technology (IT) in evaluating technology impact to Fluor infrastructure and systems.

Manage testing and validation of technology solutions for which Project Automation Specialist is responsible and/or qualified. Protect Fluors intellectual property and confidentiality of information. Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines. Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards. Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies. Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job. Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Mechatronic Engineering, Computer science, or closely related technical field (or foreign equivalent) plus ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or similar occupation.
