WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support and maintain a global Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) environment.
Serve as a technical lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for authentication, access management, IAM, and IT security initiatives.
Partner with business units to analyze current “as-is” processes, identify problems, and define “to-be” processes.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications for IT development.
Review system capabilities, workflows, scheduling limitations, and existing technology to determine appropriate solutions.
Identify when a requirement can be addressed through system configuration versus programming.
Prepare time and cost estimates for projects.
Perform and document system configuration.
Coordinate system interface design and development.
Prepare and coordinate technical reports, process documentation, test plans, training needs assessments, and implementation plans.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex MFA-related incidents and requests and provide Level 3 support.
Research and coordinate feasibility studies and recommend process changes and automation opportunities.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, cost savings, and quality improvement.
Create process changes by integrating new processes with existing processes.
Stay current on technical trends, future innovations, available solutions, and IT best practices.
Serve as an IT project manager for small to medium-sized projects, including coordinating resources, conducting status meetings, and communicating project status to stakeholders.
Develop project plans, manage change control processes, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Work closely with business partners to understand requirements and determine the appropriate system design.
Prepare business process mapping, functional design, and business process gap analysis.
