- What your future day will look like:Lead teams responsible for integrations, applications, databases, reporting, automation, and technical support.
- Coach developers, balance workloads, support career growth, and help teams work through challenging technical decisions.
- Establish standards for architecture, development, testing, security, documentation, and system reliability.
- Guide projects from intake and planning through delivery, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.
- Review emerging technologies and improve tools, processes, controls, and development practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize work, resolve obstacles, communicate progress, and align solutions with business needs.

- To be a champion in this role, you will need:Experience leading technical teams and software or data initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Python, databases, APIs, automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and modern development practices.
- Understanding of architecture, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
