We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Workers Compensation Defense Attorney to join our progressive legal team. This position will primarily focus on defending Workers Compensation claims for benefits, medical necessity, and disability, providing legal representation for our clients in all stages of the Workers Compensation litigation process. This role requires a deep understanding of Workers Compensation laws and regulations, superior negotiation skills, and a strong ability to interpret and argue complex legal documents.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Workers Compensation Defense, demonstrating exceptional legal research and writing skills, and an ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Provide comprehensive legal representation to our clients in all aspects of Workers Compensation Defense litigation, including case evaluation, preparation, negotiation, and trial.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of complex issues related to Workers Compensation law.Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.Effectively negotiate settlements on behalf of our clients, balancing the best interests of the client with legal and financial risks.Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and the judiciary.Stay updated with the latest developments and changes in Workers Compensation laws and regulations.Maintain the highest level of professional and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Job Details Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workers Compensation Defense Attorney.In-depth knowledge of Workers Compensation laws and regulations.Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with an ability to interpret and argue complex legal documents.Proven track record of successfully defending Workers Compensation claims.Excellent negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to balance the best interests of the client with legal and financial risks.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.High level of professional and ethical standards, with a commitment to maintain confidentiality.Interested in hearing more?
