As a Maintenance Associate, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and tidy floors. You will be on your feet and on the go, maintaining a positive attitude to provide an excellent first and last impression for all guests.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe conditions to Management.
• Clean all areas of the facility—including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles—using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills and operate floor scrubbers to keep the environment safe and clean.
• Dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store them properly, and place orders when supplies run low.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Experience in a fast‑paced, physically demanding work environment.
• Strong work ethic and pride in maintaining a clean and safe facility.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing work scenarios.
