Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Maintenance Supervisor, located in Greenville, SC. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee day‑to‑day property maintenance operations, coordinate and supervise the maintenance team, and ensure that all equipment and systems are operational. The supervisor will plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules, perform hands‑on repairs, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and uphold safety and quality standards. The role requires efficient management of resources, ensuring timely and cost‑effective completion of maintenance tasks while delivering excellent service to residents.

Qualifications
  • Supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in equipment maintenance, including diagnosing and resolving equipment‑related issues.
  • Experience in preventive maintenance and managing schedules to ensure efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and expertise in maintenance and repair of diverse systems and equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
  • Previous experience in property management or multifamily housing maintenance is a plus.
