Schedule:
Generally Monday-Friday, though weekends may be required based on client needs.
Travel:
Requires travel up to 50% to client sites, potential client sites, and other branches.
The Staffing Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a staffing agency office, driving business growth through sales, and leading a team of recruiters to meet placement goals.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Sales:
Proactively prospect, develop, and close new business, building long-term partnerships in local markets (e.g., light industrial, clerical). - Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and expand existing client accounts through regular onsite visits, networking, and communication to ensure high satisfaction and retention. - Team Leadership & Mentoring:
Recruit, train, and manage the performance of internal staff (recruiters, coordinators) to ensure a high-performance, service-focused culture. - Operations & Compliance:
Monitor branch operations, including payroll, invoicing, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. - Recruitment Strategy:
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and placement of temporary employees to meet client requirements and fill rates. - Financial Performance:
Monitor branch KPIs and manage P&L to achieve budgeted sales and profit goals.
- Experience:
3+ years in staffing, sales, or Human Resources, with a proven track record in business development and management. - Skills:
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills. - Technical Proficiency:
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software, and Microsoft Office. - Attributes:
Highly driven,
