As a Supercuts Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of the salon
—people, performance, operations, and guest experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires accountability, strong communication, and the ability to coach and motivate a team.

• Leading by example on the floor
• Ensuring consistent, high-quality service and guest satisfaction
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and developing stylists
• Coaching performance and addressing issues promptly
• Managing productivity, sales, and labor targets
• Executing company policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance
• Driving retail sales and guest retention
• Creating a positive, professional, and accountable salon culture

• Active cosmetology license
• Prior salon management experience (Supercuts experience strongly preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage schedules, performance, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset
• Availability for evenings and weekends
