Clinical RN Manager

• Supervise and support clinical staff including MA’s and other healthcare staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, & regulatory requirements
• Oversee scheduling, training, performance evaluations of clinical staff.
• Collaborate with providers and administrative leadership to optimize patient flow and clinical efficiency
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and participate in audits and reviews.

Type: Direct

• Prior experience in clinical management or supervisory role.
• Active RN license in state of SC
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in EMR systems
