Adecco is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing fitness organization, for an Area Personal Training Manager to lead personal training operations across multiple club locations. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can develop trainers, elevate member experience, and drive training revenue through coaching, structure, and accountability.
What You’ll Do Leadership and Team Development- Lead, coach, and develop a team of personal trainers across multiple clubs
- Set performance expectations and execute weekly coaching, skill-building, and feedback routines
- Evaluate trainer performance, reinforce standards, and support professional growth and certification upkeep
- Build a culture of professionalism, energy, and service that members feel every day
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of the personal training program across assigned locations
- Maintain strong trainer scheduling, client follow-up cadence, and service delivery consistency
- Partner with club leadership to align training initiatives with overall business priorities
- Share industry trends and best practices with the team to continuously improve programming and results
- Create genuine connections with members to grow participation in personal training
- Ensure member questions and concerns are handled quickly, tactfully, and professionally
- Support in-club and community-based outreach to drive awareness of training services and events
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards consistently across locations
- Ensure the personal training desk area and related equipment are maintained and presentation-ready
- Communicate training programs, events, and schedules to cross-functional partners, including Member Services
- Assist senior operations leadership with additional projects as needed
- Full-time, on-site position (not remote)

- Minimum 3 years of fitness industry management experience (personal training leadership strongly preferred)
- Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Excellent communication skills with a member-first mindset
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule based on club and member needs
- High-energy, self-directed, and confident in a fast-paced environment
