Position: ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Twin Peaks -  - Responsibilities:
Lead and coach restaurant staff, including HOH and Twin Peaks Girls, to deliver best-in-class service.;
Manage costs, recruiting efforts, training, and ensure proper policies and documentation are followed.;
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.;
Drive sales and guest satisfaction by coordinating with General Manager and management team.;
Ensure staff development and training programs are effectively implemented and audited.
