Job Title: Facilities Assistant Project Manager
Weekly
Hours:
Full Time, 40 hours
Supervised by: Director, Facilities and Real Estate Development
Location: Greenville, South Carolina (must be able to travel across Upstate to all Parkside Medical Group locations)
Position Overview:
The Facilities Project Manager leads projects from inception to completion ranging from facilities maintenance requests to the move in of new locations by the operations teams. This includes leading/directing internal team members as well as external contractors and vendors in executing existing facilities renovations and maintenance. The Project Manager supports strategic growth as the Project Manager for all new facility move ins and coordinates the purchasing of FF&E in conjunction with the Operations and Finance teams.
Creates processes where applicable for efficient facility upkeep, cross department communication, and smooth occupancy of new builds. Responsible for the appearance, access, maintenance, and overall presence of all facilities across Tribe
513 and The Onyx Group’s real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing open maintenance requests and assigning resources
- Manages and coordinates specialty vendors as needed for skilled labor
- Responsible for physical presentation of all established facilities in collaboration with Division Managers
- Works closely with Division Directors and Site Managers to ensure excellent communication, serving as a liaison between maintenance technicians and Division leaders.
- Responsible for FF&E purchasing for new builds
- Directs the successful collaboration of Onyx and Division resources for move-in to new locations.
- Builds out Gantt Charts for all open projects within the Facilities Department
- Provides weekly and monthly metrics of open tickets and associated costs
- Coordinates building access in conjunction with Division Directors, HR Dept, and Director, Facilities.
- Tracks Facility assets and projects upcoming capital expenses
- Coordinates badges for new hires and role changes to ensure company security across all locations
- Contributes to the overall culture and work environment of Tribe

Required Education &
Certifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with process improvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Experience leading projects and using project management software.
Physical Demands:
Continuously requires sitting, typing, and verbal communication.
Frequently requires standing, walking, bending, squatting/kneeling, reaching above the shoulder, reaching outward, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, and pushing/pulling items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Infrequently requires climbing, crawling, and pushing/pulling items weighing above 50 pounds.
Person may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, infectious diseases, blood/bodily fluids, and disease-bearing specimens.
