Production Supervisor

An international manufacturer is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations ind Greenville, SC
, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations.

This role plays a key part in driving team performance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence on the shop floor.

• Lead, coach, and develop production staff through clear expectations, performance management, and ongoing training
• Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet output, quality, and cost targets
• Drive workflow improvements by analyzing processes, reducing variation, and implementing cost-saving initiatives
• Monitor production performance metrics and prepare shift reports and operational data
• Enforce quality standards and ensure consistent product output
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant manufacturing environment
• Implement and improve systems, procedures, and reporting tools to support operational efficiency
• Resolve personnel issues and support positive team culture across departments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice manufacturing methods

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
• Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
