Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Laser Welding Technician to join their dedicated team. As a Laser Welding Technician, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting innovative welding solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization

• Develop, simulate, and optimize 5-axis 3D laser welding programs using Siemens Sinumerik One controls.
• Utilize the TRUMPF Teach Panel with 6D mouse technology to manually define tool paths and nozzle positions on complex 3D surfaces.
• Configure and program Vision Line Detect camera systems to automatically identify workpiece characteristics and apply real-time position corrections.
• Optimize welding parameters with Bright Line Weld Comfort technology to achieve high feed rates while maintaining high component quality.
• Lead the prove‑out of new part recipes and monitor laser power data to ensure consistent weld results.

• Experience with laser welding programming and process optimization.
• Proficiency in Siemens Sinumerik One controls and TRUMPF systems.
• Strong understanding of 3D surface modeling and tool path definition.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot vision systems like Vision Line Detect.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
