Job Title:
Clean Room Assembler
As a Clean Room Assembler, you will use hand and power tools to efficiently assemble components as part of a large assembly. You will identify and locate the correct parts necessary for assembly, ensuring that products are accurately put together following prescribed methods and procedures. Your role will involve using pneumatic, electric, hand, and power tools, maintaining an accurate inventory of parts in your work area, and adhering to all safety, quality, and policy guidelines.
You will also enter data into computer systems, complete necessary forms, and handle tasks such as crimping cords, point-to-point wiring, and using wrenches and torque guns for assembly. It is important to be comfortable working independently and as a team member, taking ownership of the results of your work.
- Assemble components using hand and power tools.
- Identify and locate the correct parts for assembly.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of parts in the local work area.
- Follow prescribed methods and procedures during assembly.
- Enter data into computer systems and complete forms accurately.
- Handle tasks such as crimping cords and point-to-point wiring.
- Use wrenches and torque guns for assembly.
- Follow work instructions and interpret blueprints.
- Work independently and collaboratively to troubleshoot and improve processes.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Experience in mechanical assembly and blueprint interpretation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Knowledge of crimping, wiring, and use of pneumatic tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with electronic assembly and inspection using microscopes.
- Knowledge of production assembly lines and packaging.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a climate-controlled manufacturing setting. Work hours are Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour shifts. The first shift runs from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and the second shift from 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenville, SC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
