Compensation: $50,000 — $70,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth to lead the positioning and go-to-market strategy for Pauly Inc. and our portfolio of emerging beauty brands. This role focuses on market research, brand storytelling, and funnel development — creating the systems that bring awareness, convert interest, and drive sales. You won’t be managing a sales team; instead, you’ll be building the marketing engine that powers growth across multiple brands.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and whitespace in beauty and influencer-led brands
• Develop brand positioning and messaging frameworks for both Pauly Inc. and incubated companies
• Design and build sales funnels that drive awareness, leads, and conversions
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (social, email, paid media)
• Collaborate with in-house creative, formulation, and production teams to align messaging with product capabilities
• Track marketing performance data, optimize campaigns, and report results

• Proven experience in Marketing, Growth Strategy, or Brand Development
• Strong skills in funnel building, digital marketing, and customer journey mapping
• Excellent organizational and research abilities
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Background in beauty, personal care, influencer, or consumer goods industry is a strong plus
