Purpose Financial is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at Purpose Financial. In this role, you will drive measurable business results by developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across digital marketing platforms to fuel customer acquisition and accelerate revenue growth.

You will report to the Director, Performance Marketing.

Job Responsibility

Paid Performance Execution, Monitoring, Analysis and Optimization
:

  • Develop and execute ad buying strategies across programmatic platforms, social networks, search engines, and other digital platforms, while ensuring proper tracking and optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign metrics, audience behavior, and conversion paths to inform strategic optimizations and budget reallocation decisions to maximize efficiency and ROI.

Testing
:

  • Design and optimize testing framework for all digital marketing, including tests across audiences, creatives, landings, as well as avenues like Affiliate marketing.
  • Create and measure rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to maximize learnings.
  • Work closely with internal performance marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align digital marketing efforts with campaign objectives and share optimization insights.

Platform Expertise
:

  • Own and nurture working relationships with key digital marketing vendors.
  • Stay current with advertising platform updates (Programmatic (Stackadapt or similar DSP), Google Ads, Meta Ads) and leverage new features for competitive advantage.

Organic Social Media Management
:

  • Post content provided by creative team across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.); manage posting schedules and community engagement.
  • Monitor and report on organic social media performance metrics including engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and audience sentiment.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging best practices to keep Purpose Financial at the forefront of performance marketing innovation.

Compliance
:

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and industry regulations

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience Required

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven track record of optimization success

Knowledge Required
  • Hands‑on experience with major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms) with large performance marketing budgets
  • Certified in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint
  • Experience with marketing analytics (programmatic, social, search) and attribution modeling. Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Sigma, etc.), a plus.
  • Experience managing organic social media accounts and posting content
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams
