💼 About the RoleAs our Social Media & Influencer Specialist, you will lead the strategy and execution of our social media initiatives across multiple platforms. You’ll also manage influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support key business goals.
This role is perfect for someone creative, organized, and data‑driven—someone who understands how to turn content into conversions.
- Develop and execute a cross‑platform social media strategy that aligns with company goals.
- Manage day‑to‑day content creation, publishing, and community engagement.
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencers and brand partners across relevant industries.
- Track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and report insights to leadership.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and digital best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support key programs and launches.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, influencer management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, etc.).
- Experience negotiating influencer partnerships and managing contracts/deliverables.
- Excellent copywriting skills and an eye for compelling visuals.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout, Later, etc.).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a results‑driven mindset.
