Radiology - Vascular

4-10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (day off after call) or 5-8 hour shifts Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Call is required one night a week and every 5th weekend.

The Critical Care Nurse will be part of the Neuro Endovascular Department in a comprehensive stroke center. This role requires expertise in critical care nursing with a focus on neuro ICU, including responsibilities such as patient vital monitoring, mechanical thrombectomy, and cerebral angiograms.

• Provide critical care to patients with neuro-related conditions.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to emergencies effectively.
• Assist with special procedures including mechanical thrombectomy and carotid stent placement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapy and rapid response teams.

• Minimum of 3 years critical care nursing experience, preferably in Neuro ICU.
• 2 years of experience in the related field is required.
• Certifications:
  
  ARRT R, BLS, ACLS, and a South Carolina nursing license.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience with the EPIC documentation system.
• Experience in IR, Special Procedures, and Neuro work setting is essential.
