Night Shift Registered Nurse RN

Overview

NHC Health Care Bluffton, a 120‑bed skilled and long‑term care facility near Hilton Head, is looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team of caring professionals. Positions are available on a full‑time and part‑time basis. The qualified RN must be a graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of South Carolina and maintain a current, unencumbered license to practice in the state.

• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
• Assure that appropriate nursing care is being provided.
• Assist with medication and treatments as needed and other patient care duties as assigned.
