The Position: We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Nurse to ensure patient care meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role reports to the COO and may require travel to the Easley, Anderson, and Clemson offices.

• $68,000 to $82,000 Salary Depending on Experience

• Associate degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years as a registered nurse, preferably in quality assurance
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work extended schedules as needed

• Monitor and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Educate clinical staff on patient care and barriers
• Prepare and share reports with management
• Coordinate QI meetings and track progress
• Support staff development and training
• Maintain HIPAA compliance

Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift, 8-hour shifts
Medical Specialty: Primary Care
Work Location: In-person, Greenville, SC (with occasional travel)
