** Position Summary
** As a
** Charge Nurse (LPN/RN)**, you will oversee day-to-day nursing operations on your unit, ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate care delivery, and serve as a resource for both clinical and support teams.### ###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Supervise and support
** CNAs and nursing staff
** on assigned unit
* Ensure delivery of
** high-quality patient care
** in accordance with care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
* Ensure accurate and timely
** clinical documentation
*** Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
* Maintain compliance with
** state, federal, and facility regulations
*** Serve as a leader and mentor, promoting teamwork and accountability### ###
** Qualifications
* ** Active, unencumbered
** LPN or RN license in South Carolina (required)**
* ** Current CPR certification required
*** Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
* Experience with
** Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred
*** Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
* Passion for delivering compassionate, resident-centered care### ###
