** Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
** to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and assist residents with activities of daily living while helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.##

Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
* Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
* Take and record vital signs
* Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
* Maintain accurate documentation of resident care
* Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
* Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations## ## Qualifications
* Must be at least
** 18 years of age
*** Active
** South Carolina CNA certification
** in good standing
* Experience with
** Point Click Care  (PCC)
** preferred* Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
* Compassion for an underserved population
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
