** Position Summary
** As a
** Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)**, you will provide direct, hands-on care to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being while supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality care.### ###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Assist residents with
** activities of daily living (ADLs)
** including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
* Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
* Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
* Follow individualized care plans and support the interdisciplinary team
* Provide compassionate, resident-centered care###
** Qualifications
* ** Must be
** at least 18 years old
*** Active
** CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
*** Experience with
** Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred
*** Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Compassion for an underserved population### ###
